A Blendhaus fragrance bar is a fully styled, immersive scent station at your event. Guests are invited to explore a curated menu of five or more fragrances, each chosen specifically for your occasion, and leave with a personal keepsake fragrance that will forever tie them to the memory of your event.

Any occasion where guest experience matters: weddings, anniversaries, engagement parties, lobola and roora ceremonies, vow renewals, birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, corporate galas, and elevated private dinners.

Each guest receives a beautiful, personal fragrance vessel, their chosen scent from the event's curated menu, a tangible, sensory memory of your occasion.

We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks before your event to allow sufficient time for the discovery consultation, scent curation, and bar styling.

Pricing is bespoke, tailored to the scale of your event, number of guests, scents selected, and desired experience. Reach out to us to begin your consultation and receive a personalised proposal.

We understand that plans change. We'll work with you to accommodate a date change subject to our availability. If we have availability on your new date, we'll simply move your booking. If not, we'll do our best to find a solution. We require at least 14 days' notice for date changes. For cancellations made more than 30 days out, we offer a full refund of your deposit. For 14 to 30 days, we retain 50%. For less than 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

The Miniature Series is our elegant take-home fragrance favour service. Each 15ml bottle is filled with one of our signature scents and presented on a custom printed card with your event details. Minimum order of 10 bottles, with delivery available nationwide.

You can select a minimum of 5 scents from our Discovery Library to create your bespoke scent menu. This gives your guests enough variety to explore and find their perfect match, while keeping the experience curated and intentional. For larger events, you may choose up to 8 scents. We'll work with you to ensure the selection feels balanced and cohesive.

Our Discovery Library features 10 signature fragrances, each with its own unique character and story. The collection spans a wide range of scent families, from warm and enveloping (think cocoa, patchouli, amber) to fresh and bright (citrus, tea, ginger), romantic florals (rose, peony, orange blossom), and bold, sophisticated blends (leather, saffron, oud). During your discovery session, we'll guide you through each scent to help you curate the perfect menu for your occasion.

All our fragrances are Eau de Parfum (EDP) concentration at 20%, a luxurious, long-lasting formulation that sits beautifully on the skin. EDP is the perfect balance for event guests, offering noticeable sillage (the scent trail left behind) without being overwhelming. Your guests will enjoy a fragrance that evolves throughout the day or evening, from the bright top notes to the warm, lingering drydown. 20% concentration ensures the scent lasts for hours, so your guests can enjoy their keepsake long after the event.

While our 10 signature scents are carefully crafted to stand on their own, the curation process allows you to hand-select the exact combination that reflects the tone and emotion of your event. During your consultation, we'll help you select a spread that offers variety so every guest finds a scent that resonates with them.

We arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before your event begins to ensure a seamless, stress-free setup. Our team brings everything needed: the beautifully styled fragrance bar, all scent bottles, testing strips, elegant signage, and your curated scent menu. We work discreetly in the background, so your guests arrive to a fully styled, visually stunning experience. We also handle the breakdown after the event, leaving everything as we found it. You and your guests simply enjoy the experience.

The Miniature Series is available for collection from our Cape Town studio or can be delivered nationwide (additional shipping costs apply). Once you've selected your scents, we prepare each 15ml bottle with your event's custom printed card, a beautiful keepsake ready for gifting. Minimum order of 10 bottles. For larger orders (50+), we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance. We'll coordinate with you to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, beautifully packaged and ready to impress your guests.

This is especially popular with clients in other cities or those who prefer to explore at their own pace.

Absolutely. Up until 14 days before your event, we're happy to swap or exchange any scents in your menu. We want you to feel completely confident and excited about your selections. If you've had a change of heart or discovered a new favourite, simply let us know and we'll update your order. After the 14-day window, we may need to charge a small restocking fee if the scents have already been prepared and bottled.
